What is the cancellation policy?
❌ Cancellation Policy – Kashmir Package
🗓️ More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total package cost will be charged
🗓️ 15–29 days before departure: 30% of total package cost will be charged
🗓️ 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be charged
🗓️ Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost will be charged (no refund)

✈️ Airfare is non-refundable once booked.
💳 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days after cancellation confirmation.
📅 Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and additional charges, depending on hotel and transport arrangements.
Can I reschedule my trip?
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 15–30 days before the departure date (exact timeline may vary depending on hotel and airline rules).
The new travel dates must be within the same travel season or as per availability.
Any difference in hotel rates, flight fares, or seasonal prices will have to be paid by the traveler.
If airlines or hotels apply change/rescheduling fees, those charges will be added to your package cost.
If rescheduling is requested less than 7 days before departure, it is usually treated as a cancellation, and the regular cancellation policy will apply.
